Email marketing is working great for us. We collect email addresses of our current clients and send them a discount coupon each month. Many of our customers pass the coupons onto friends and that generates new business for us!! We use AWeber to send out the email and track the results. Check them out. http://aweber.com/?337629

I don't know if this qualifies for "Best" advertising, but it's very effective for me.
To focus on an area, go to the post office, get a list and layout of the route #'s and how many deliveries go to each route.
Create a postcard (I use PrintsMadeEasy.com) for the particular route/area to focus in and send the cards out to the specific area(s) that I want to cover.
This makes it very easy to track the effectiveness of an area for my marketing campaign... and keeps me in a tight area for job location, saving on gas/time. It also isn't a drain on the budget by doing a section at a time.
Much success! _________________ Ed Mann |

| You have to pick one and follow through with it. If a method is better than others, people discover that and dilute it. The internet is wide open and it is probably a lot easier to get ranked today than it will be in a few years, so it makes some sense to work on that. Direct mail gives you a lot of control over who sees your message. |

My husband and I frequently get large quantities of post cards from vistaprint and purchase mailing lists for targeted areas with great success.
We also belong to Service Magic and get a lot of business from them, so much so, when we first joined them a year ago we would only get about 1 job a month from them (and had about 10 competitors on the site listed), now we get about 3-5 jobs a week from them alone and we are the ONLY carpet cleaner in our area still listed. Some went out of business and others weren't winning the jobs and left the site. We also send letters and postcards to customers we serviced and didn't service on Service Magic quarterly, as well as other past customers. |

Hi,
To grow your business, the best way is by asking your current customers to give reference of your services to other people of their contacts. Email Marketing is also a good option, but it requires patience and time.
Regards,
